General Function
North America After Sales Center (NAASC) Packaging Data Entry Clerk is responsible for data entry and ensuring inventory accuracy of packaging materials, as well as monitoring the flow of inbound and outbound material required to support the After Sales business.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Key point of contact for Luxottica’s After Sales Packaging Material
Ensure inventory accuracy in packaging inventory management system (Canvas)
Place packaging material orders in a timely manner to meet demand
Receive and put away material in a timely manner
Provide accurate and organized email communication to stakeholders
Communicate with After Sales leadership on status, results and issues
Flexible to support business needs; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Streamline workflow and identify improvement opportunities
Achieve key performance indicators
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months experience in a distribution center environment
Excellent communication skills and organization
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access
Attention to detail
Ability to work under deadline requests
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self‑motivated
Excellent mathematical aptitude
Ability to multi‑task and flex between roles
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of Access
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or industry equivalent
