Job Description
The Material Control Coordinator supports daily production and inventory activities. You will track materials, process inventory movements, run basic reports, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Track and update daily inventory and material usage.
Run basic daily and monthly reports.
Process material movements, including trip and receive.
Print and prepare pick slips for warehouse use.
Update production and sales reports.
Communicate with internal teams and vendors as needed.
Create purchase orders when required.
Order supplies, safety gear, and signage.
Help coordinate meetings, events, or team needs.
Be available on-call for urgent issues.
Essential Skills
Experience in inventory, production control, and inventory control.
Proficient in planning scheduling and warehouse management.
Skilled in data entry and report preparation.
Experience with material planning and RF scan gun.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
Proficiency in labelling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of related experience or a two-year degree.
Comfortable using a computer and basic software (Excel, email, systems).
Ability to perform basic math and work with numbers.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Good communication and organization skills.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office and manufacturing environment, including warehouse and plant settings. Safety equipment is required when walking in the plant. The environment is fast‑paced and hands‑on, providing a supportive team atmosphere with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
