Billing Specialist

Consilio’s Direct Hire Recruiting Team is partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm to identify a Client Accounting Specialist/Billing Specialist for their Washington, DC office.
(Hybrid – 3 times per week in office), 37.5 hour work week
Non‑Exempt
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000
What They’re Looking For
3-7 years of law firm billing experience
Strong knowledge of legal billing platforms such as 3E/Elite, Aderant, and experience with e‑billing platforms
Experience navigating Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)
Ability to work directly with attorneys in a deadline‑driven environment
Key Responsibilities
Manage all eBilling submissions and ongoing maintenance
Prepare, edit and finalize client invoices in accordance with OCGs
Monitor A/R balances and follow up on outstanding invoices
Post client payments and assist with month‑end close
