Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Technician based in Winston-Salem, NC. The Installation Technician will be responsible for delivering, installing, and setting up appliances for customers. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues during installation, managing cabling setup, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and excellent customer service. The technician will also maintain the functionality and safety of the appliances being installed.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving installation or performance issues
Effective communication and customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience
Experience in cabling and appliance installation processes
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and explaining operational details
Physical ability to lift and transport appliances and related equipment
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Previous experience in appliance installation or repair is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
