Looking for a lead analyst heavy Workday experience (as an analyst-gathering requirements, writing them, partnering with the engineers to develop, testing, etc.), preferably Core HCM.
Location downtown Minneapolis office (preferable) or at Charlotte-CIC
This position is on the Core HR team in HR Service Management. This person will need extensive Workday experience and possess the ability to interface across multiple levels in the organization. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Candidate must have hands on experience with Workday (not overly technical but needs to understand the functionality).
This will be dealing with a confidential, internal process that is critical to our BAU functions. I need a STRONG person who can lead an initiative (there is a Product Owner as well), works well with the business (across multiple levels of leadership), and is committed to details. I can’t put a lot of details in the posting due to the confidentiality.
Description/Comment:

(Responsibilities)
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Skills:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Extensive Workday experience and possess the ability to interface across multiple levels in the organization.
