Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex (TA/BT Flex)
to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide
evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy
in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.
About the Role
As a
TA/BT Flex at Blue Bird Day , you will provide support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with
autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs . You\'ll foster each child\'s
cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth
through:
Providing individualized therapy and group therapy support
Collecting data on programming
Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Hourly Rate: $19-20/hour
