The facility features modern medical technology including lab and X-ray facilities on site, utilizes Epic Carepath EMR system, and maintains a collaborative team environment with multiple physicians and advanced practice providers.
Opportunity:
Physician Assistant (PA) - Neurology
Job Details:
• Provide PRN coverage for 7a-7p shifts starting July 1, 2026
• Serve 100% adult patient population in hospital-based inpatient setting
• Handle 10% trauma cases as part of comprehensive neurology services
• Manage average of 10-15 hospital-based patients per day
• Work alongside 1 physician onsite with 3 total physicians in group
• Collaborate with 2 other APPs in the neurology group
• Perform radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial)
• Participate in code stroke response team
• Utilize Epic Carepath EMR system for documentation
• Must be board certified by NCCPA
• Ohio license highly preferred but willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
• ACLS certification required
• ENLS certification highly preferred
• Self-Query NPDB report mandatory within 30 days of presentation
• Estimated credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
• Available for locum, locum to permanent, or permanent placement
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
