Food Expeditor (Expo) Boulder Country Club is seeking a sharp, high-energy Food Expeditor to oversee the flow of service between the kitchen and dining room. You’ll be the final checkpoint before every dish reaches the floor—ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation are on point. The right candidate brings urgency, leadership, and a team-first mindset to every shift. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in executing at a high level.
What You’ll Do
Manage the flow of tickets from front of house to back of house with speed and accuracy
Prioritize orders to maintain proper pacing and service standards
Perform final plate checks for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
Communicate clearly with chefs and service staff to keep everyone aligned
Call and coordinate orders to ensure smooth, timely delivery
Anticipate and eliminate bottlenecks across the line and service areas
Support cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Handle special requests and service adjustments with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an expeditor or in a high-volume restaurant role
Strong communication skills and confident presence
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to remain on your feet and move efficiently throughout the shift
Availability to work at least 3 shifts per week
Ability to learn and retain menu knowledge quickly
Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation & Perks
$20/hour upon completion of training
