HR Generalist: Talent, Onboarding & Employee Relations

Morton Salt is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team in Overland Park, Kansas. This role focuses on supporting all aspects of employee life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, at least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, and strong communication and analytical skills.
