Onsite Recruiting Coordinator

GTRJOBS is seeking a highly organized Onsite Recruiting Coordinator to support daily recruiting and onboarding operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding operations- working directly with employees both on-site at a client facility and in the office. This position helps keep daily operations running efficiently while providing hands-on support to both employees and the recruiting team. What You’ll Do
Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps
Act as the main point of contact during weekly new hire orientations- assisting with arrivals, questions, and overall coordination
Support new employees on their first day, including timeclock setup and usage
Monitor and resolve missed timeclock punches, including follow-up and coaching employees on accuracy
Assist recruiters with job postings, tracking, and general support
What We’re Looking For
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with employees and candidates
Data entry and administrative experience
Valid Driver’s License required
