
Recruiting Coordinator (Cleveland)

This role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding process — ensuring candidates, clients, and internal teams have a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do
Provide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps
Assist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking
Communicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system access
Support recruiters with pipeline organization and status updates
Run front desk operations independently
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail — accuracy matters
Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
