Scope
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across the organization, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee data management, compliance, and general HR administration. This role contributes to delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience while building foundational HR knowledge within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and process employee lifecycle changes in HRIS (ADP or similar)
Support payroll coordination and HR documentation
Coordinate interviews, job postings, and ATS updates
Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding logistics
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries
Support employee engagement and training coordination efforts
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate and employee experience
Assist with I‑9 processing and employment compliance requirements
Generate HR reports and support audits
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Technical
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (ADP preferred)
Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
Business and Management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Understanding of administrative workflows and business operations
Interpersonal
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide responsive and professional employee support
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
0–2 years of HR or administrative experience
Experience with HRIS or ATS systems preferred
Work Environment
Primarily office-based with standard business hours
May support multiple regions or teams
Typical indoor office environment
