Overview
Eagan, MN | Contract to Hire | $23 – $28/hour | 4-day work week (Mon–Thu, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm)
Responsibilities
Operate basic shop equipment (miter saw, drill press, grinders, etc.)
Perform assembly, drilling, cutting, and basic fabrication tasks
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Read tape measures and assist with basic print interpretation
Support packaging, crating, and shipping preparation
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with general shop and material handling duties
Qualifications
Some experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Preferred Skills
Aluminum welding experience
Electrical wiring experience
Forklift experience
