Position Summary

YOU WILL BE WORKING 36 HOURS BUT GETTING PAID FOR 40! Sunday - Tuesday 5:00 am - 5:30 pm or until job is complete. Schedule will include a rotating Saturday for overtime. Schedule is subject to change with business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
Work comfortably at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Be on the move; stay on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
Maintain a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call depending on business needs.
Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any instructions given by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. Employees must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for protective equipment use. Work may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
Ability to pass forklift certification.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no test for THC/marijuana).
