Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and customer‑focused Booking Assistant to manage appointment scheduling and client communications at our Baton Rouge location. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and a seamless booking experience for pet owners.
Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm grooming and wellness appointments
Answer incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries
Provide information about services, pricing, and availability
Maintain accurate client and pet records
Coordinate schedules with grooming staff
Send appointment reminders and follow‑ups
Assist with front desk support during peak hours
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
