Overview
Project Manager Opportunity with a leading national commercial general contractor in the Wilmington area. ESOP, profit sharing, and extensive opportunities for growth.
Based in the Northeast with a growing office in Wilmington, the company is a $300M commercial general contractor working on light industrial, self storage, large retail, multi-family and healthcare projects throughout the Wilmington area.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from ground up, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success within scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Construction or similar experience
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Experience with commercial construction required
Ground-up multi-family, large retail, or light industrial experience preferred
Experience in the Philadelphia/Wilmington market preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
