Job Summary
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.

Fold customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, count folded product, and prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Qualifications & Expectations
Work Eligibility:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Work Expectations:
Must adhere to the attendance policy.
Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
Physical Qualifications
Requires standing for most of the shift.
Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station to prepare for folding.
Attributes
Attention to detail: thorough and careful when completing tasks or correcting mistakes.
Work ethic/effort: displays a high level of effort and commitment, is dependable, prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
Interpersonal skills: pleasant with others, displays a good‑natured, cooperative attitude, respectful and courteous.
Teamwork and collaboration: works with others to achieve goals, supports team decisions.
Safety orientation: committed to complying with safety rules and guidelines.
Benefits and Compensation
This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure; the Product Folder must meet or exceed a production standard for folding product. Additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.
