Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare Construction responsible for overseeing medical office buildings (MOB), imaging centers, exam rooms, operating rooms (OR), emergency rooms (ER), and additional facilities. The role involves ground‑up construction and project management, ensuring timely and within‑budget completion.

Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising on‑site functions such as scheduling, material control, and day‑to‑day direction of field personnel.

Manage the construction of MOBs, imaging centers, exam rooms, ORs, ERs, and other healthcare facilities.

Lead ground‑up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with project management to ensure each project is executed successfully and meets client expectations.

Implement and enforce safety measures and protocols to ensure the safety of all workers and the project site.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Manage project budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and efficiency.

Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare facilities.

Proven experience in managing the construction of MOBs, imaging centers, exam rooms, ORs, ERs, and other healthcare facilities.

Solid experience in ground‑up construction and project management.

Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to achieve project goals.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve project‑related issues effectively and efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
