Construction Superintendent

Our client is seeking a Superintendent to support their Houston team, managing a mix of retail, restaurant (ground-up and remodel), and Class A corporate interior projects. This role is ideal for someone who can run projects in the field with minimal oversight and keep fast-paced jobs on track.
Duties
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start through completion
Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily site operations
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company safety protocols
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
Work closely with Project Managers to keep projects aligned on schedule and budget
Lead site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects (ground-up and remodel)
Experience with Class A corporate interior build-outs
Ability to run multiple projects or fast-track schedules as needed
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
