
Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Analyzes business data and systems to support sustainability and supplier decarbonization initiatives
Designs and executes segmentation analyses to prioritize stakeholder engagement based on performance metrics and strategic impact
Owns preparation of performance reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews, building and maintaining dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into program KPIs
Leads data validation efforts to ensure accuracy of reported metrics
Investigates opportunities to scale operations through AI and automation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field and 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, with proven experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Analytic experience
Excel proficient
Experience with SQL/Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and BI platforms (Salesforce, QuickSight) preferred
Experience with relevant sustainability concepts preferred
