Compensation Solutions Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
The Compensation Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and implementing our compensation strategy to attract, retain and motivate talent. This position will identify business challenges and opportunities, and create solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. We seek a candidate with strong background in both compensation analysis and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process automation in compensation workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with HRIT and other technical teams to develop and enhance compensation software solutions, integrating new tools and automating existing processes for more efficient data management and reporting.
Develop, implement, and support technology solutions to support Global Reward initiatives such as salary benchmarking, internal equity, market competitiveness assessments, focal compensation planning, and other programs to drive compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
Provide ongoing support for compensation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and train users.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations, and the global Rewards team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high‑tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database management.
Technical skills in system design, configuration, and troubleshooting of compensation systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Salary and Benefits
U.S. Salary Range: $133,500.00 – $183,500.00. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program.
