Our client is seeking a strategic & technical consultant to drive HR technology initiatives across Recruiting, On/Offboarding, Talent Development, and People Analytics.

REST & SOAP API integration expertise
Advanced Excel (PowerQuery, pivot tables, complex formulas)
You'll Interface With:
HR Business Teams • Internal Dev Teams • Platform Engineering • Solution Architects • Vendors/SaaS Providers
What You'll Do:
Lead global HRIT projects & integrations
Own system functionality & technical roadmap
Drive process improvements & governance
Partner with business & IT to deliver enterprise-level solutions
Perform data mining & analytics for decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Information Systems (Master's preferred)
5+ years in HR tech/system engineering roles
Workday & HR platform expertise
Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, API knowledge
Experience with Agile/Waterfall, Jira, cloud solutions
Exposure to enterprise HR processes, new AI tools, and highly visible initiatives. Successes are formally recognized and documented.
