Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & General Ledger
Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly financial statements
Lead month‑end close activities, including key balance sheet reconciliations
Monitor the general ledger for unusual activity, coding inaccuracies, and posting issues
Consolidate financial results and provide variance analysis and insights to leadership
Fixed Assets & Capital Expenditures
Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and supporting documentation
Record fixed asset additions, disposals, transfers, and related activity
Support capital expenditure (CapEx) reporting and analysis
Improve fixed asset system reporting and data accuracy
Payroll & Compliance
Review payroll journal entries and payroll‑related accruals for accuracy
Support sales and use tax filings and vendor compliance documentation
Assist with internal controls, audits, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Systems & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual accounting processes
Improve reporting workflows and system utilization
Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance accounting tools, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience with payroll and fixed asset systems preferred
