Job Overview
The Sourcing Assistant is a full‑time position who plays a vital role in supporting our team by handling administrative tasks related to strategic sourcing, production planning and price negotiation, etc.
Responsibilities
Put together mill & factory allocation for sampling & bulk order
Keep supplier & vendor list up to date
Track H&A yardages & distribute to corresponding brand managers for review
Assist in organizing fabric matrix and placement plan
Gather price quotes & fabric specs, constantly update fabric matrix and inform cross‑functional team if any updates
Assist fabric managers to create sourcing packages
Generate greige commitments & keep track on greiges
Organize & set up sourcing meeting schedule
Review fabric initial lot test result and red flat to fabric managers if any failure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Up to 2 years' work experience in a related role
Knowledge in knit & woven fabrics & trims
Must be detail‑oriented, have strong organizational skills and able to multitask
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Knowledge in PLM is a plus
Salary: $75,000
