Position Overview
Provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related conditions, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management in a patient-centered setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage renal and electrolyte disorders

• Treat conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, and dialysis-related issues

• Oversee and manage dialysis patients (if applicable)

• Interpret lab results and diagnostic studies

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Educate patients on kidney health and disease prevention

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
