Position OverviewProvide comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related conditions, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management in a patient-centered setting.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage renal and electrolyte disorders Treat conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, and dialysis-related issues Oversee and manage dialysis patients (if applicable) Interpret lab results and diagnostic studies Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients on kidney health and disease prevention Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Practice Highlights Established patient population
Supportive clinical and administrative staff Collaborative care environment Focus on patient-centered and long-term care
