Starting Pay rate: $31.80/hr. (non‑negotiable)

Primary Purpose Of Position
To maintain records and prepare reports, statistics, explanations, and estimates pertaining to generating station operating activities; and to perform related work as assigned.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities

Receive, verify and process department records

Transmit records for vaulting

Receive, validate and transmit all procedure changes to Records Management

Update Critical Control procedures and documents in the Control Room

Provide any hardcopy distribution associated with the document issuance

Provide backups to other clerks as needed/requested or in support of special projects

Perform annual audits on Ops records in all media forms (microfiche, microfilm, hardcopy, AP cards, radiographs)

Provide round‑the‑clock coverage during refuel outages

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Must pass SASS (Support and Administrative Selection System) testing

Ability to maintain unescorted Nuclear access

At least 3 years of administrative work experience

Participates in and supports local process improvement initiatives with data and analysis

Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities while maintaining focus on major goals and objectives and to perform in ambiguous and/or pressure situations

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients

Excellent analytical and computer skills including Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, PCARD, TIME, AS9, Peoplesoft, etc.

Effective oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated administrative, organizing and planning skills

Demonstrated ability to conduct research, identify data requirements and create research tools

Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust and communicate effectively (written and verbal)

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
