Personal Care Worker

Clarity Care, a nonprofit organization based in Wisconsin, is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with varying abilities. Starting pay is up to $17.50 per hour, based on experience. No prior experience or certifications are required; we hire immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Hands‑on care: support members with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
Assist with mobility devices and safely perform transfer and ambulation techniques.
Complete all required documentation related to assigned tasks.
Maintain a safe and welcoming home through housekeeping, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, dusting, bed making, and linen changes.
Prepare and serve meals following nutritional guidelines and individual dietary restrictions.
Provide medication reminders.
Run errands such as grocery shopping.
Offer companionship by spending time with members.

Weekend shift premium of $1.00 per hour
