Position: Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and overall appearance of community properties. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, they focus on preventative care, timely repairs, and maintaining a well‑maintained environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting.
Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
