Position Overview
As part of the talented Paint Shop team, you will perform a variety of paint-related processes to meet the production schedule for current production and service paint orders.
Essential Functions
Perform paint activities as required via trained procedures and/or work instructions
Use basic hand tools
Perform repetitive processes to meet production needs
Mask, hang and take down parts before and after painting
Rework parts if necessary
Perform all required activities safely and with a quality-conscious mindset
Attend company-provided meetings and training as required
Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with procedures and plant safety rules

Working knowledge of LSS, ISO, and safety methodologies
Working Conditions & Shift
1st shift – Hours are 5:30 am–2:00 pm or 6:30 am–3:00 pm
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Occasional stooping, crouching, and squatting
Frequent lifting, standing, and walking
Required personal protective equipment as per task (safety glasses, safety shoes, respirator, Tyvek suit, etc.)
The hiring range for this position is $42,500 – $58,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) (up to 4% match), Health Savings Account (with company contribution), well‑being program, product purchase discounts, and more.
