The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to deliver memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate and private events from start to finish.
Develop detailed event proposals and timelines to ensure smooth project management.
Collaborate with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown ensuring all logistical elements function seamlessly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successful event execution.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
Ability to manage budgets and financial tracking related to event planning.
