Think Tell Junction is seeking a friendly and reliable Usher to join our team and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests attending events at our venue. The Usher will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with seating arrangements, and maintaining order within the event space.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
Guide attendees to their assigned seats in an orderly and efficient manner.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding venue facilities, event schedules, and seating arrangements.
Monitor event areas to ensure safety, security, and adherence to venue policies.
Assist with crowd control during entry and exit times to maintain smooth flow.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or stressful situations.
Strong attention to detail and observational abilities.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during events.
Basic knowledge of venue layout and emergency procedures preferred.
