We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Helpdesk technician with outstanding troubleshooting and communication skills to provide hardware and software end user support. Individuals should have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site end-user technical support
Upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
Productivity application support (Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, OneDrive)
Provision and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
Maintain Printers, Scanners, and Multifunction devices
Maintain and troubleshoot VPN and Remote Access connectivity
Onboard and Offboard personnel as needed
Create, update, and maintain support documentation, tickets, and procedures
Support in the provision of new branch offices
Occasional travel to remote offices

Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have a car and valid driver’s license
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role
IT certifications preferred (ex: CompTIA A+, Net+, Microsoft MCP)
