What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support to project managers, supervisors, and field crews
Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks that support the operations of a construction field office
Assist field operations with the completion of daily time sheets
Verify the accuracy and perform quality checks of various payroll, production, and billing information
Read, comprehend, and utilize network maps and plans (will train)
Gather and organize field documentation to produce customer facing documents and products
Communicate with corporate office, customer & subcontractors to resolve any issues with submitted paperwork
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled construction software) to draft correspondence, daily logs, meeting summaries, and reports
Leverage AI for data entry assistance, document organization, and error checking
Assist with organizing and reviewing construction documents using AI-supported search, tagging, and error-checking
Utilize AI tools for voice-to-text field notes, photo documentation summaries, and action-item tracking
What You’ll Need

Previous experience in construction administration, field office support, or project coordination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience using AI tools for administrative productivity or strong willingness to learn
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with construction management software
Knowledge of construction documents, terminology, and workflows
Experience with payroll processing, certified payroll, or job cost tracking
