As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, optimize, and support Amazon Connect solutions
Support and enhance 16 customer contact center operations
Rotate with two other developers in managing production support one out of every three weeks
Collaborate closely with Data and Integration teams and telephony business (non-technical) users
Production support for SCV and Amazon Connect, including non-technical end-user support, issue triage, and root-cause analysis across Salesforce, AWS, and telephony layers
Qualifications
Hands‑on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) expertise, including configuration, call routing, Omni‑Channel integration, and troubleshooting within the Salesforce–Amazon Connect ecosystem
Amazon Connect call flow design and development, including Contact Flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and telephony configuration
Experience with AWS Lambda development, building and maintaining Lambda functions used in Amazon Connect integrations, data dips, and SCV workflows
Telephony and voice platform testing experience, including end‑to‑end call flow validation, CTI behavior, call quality checks, and error path testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate technical issues into clear guidance for business stakeholders and support teams
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance or financial services background
Experience with ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Zendesk, Ivanti
Experience with Agile platforms: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000 or the hourly equivalent.
