Entry Level IT Desktop Support Technician

Reliance Partners is seeking a motivated, entry-level IT Help Desk Technician to join our Phoenix office. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals beginning their IT careers! Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to gain hands‑on experience in a professional environment.
You’ll work alongside an experienced IT team, supporting real users, solving real problems, and building the technical foundation needed to grow into advanced IT roles.
What You’ll Do:

Provide day‑to‑day technical support for employees across the organization
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Business applications and internal systems
Windows devices and user environments
Assist users in person, over the phone, and via remote tools
Log, track, and update tickets in the IT support system
Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Support software installations, updates, and system configurations
Collaborate with senior IT staff on escalated or complex issues
What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of IT experience OR recent completion of an IT‑related degree or certification
Basic familiarity with:
Windows operating systems
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
Ability to work onsite in our Scottsdale office, Monday‑Friday
Preferred (Not Required):

Internship, lab work, or personal projects related to IT
Exposure to:
Active Directory or Microsoft Azure
Ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk, etc.)
Entry‑level certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.)
