• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • 6/8/2026-6/12/2026 OR 6/29/2026-7/2/2026 (6/8 week preferred)
  • 8/3/2026-8/7/2026 OR 8/10/2026-8/14/2026 (either or)
  • 10/26/2026-10/30/2026

Clinical Details

• Average number of patients per day: 5-10 in clinic
• Types of Cases: Radiation oncology/therapy patients
• No Peds
• Will be sole provider
• Call: None
• Support Staff: Clinic is supported by 3 RNs and a secretary
• Equipment: 2 TrueBeam linear accelerators; Siemens Go-Sim CT Simulator
• See scheduled patients in the clinic: Yes (urgent consults, follow-up's and on-treat patients)
• Potentially open to locum to perm options as well as strictly locum

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OH License - Highly Preferred (will potentially review providers needing to apply for license)
• Provide Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days at time of presentation
