Equipment available: 2 TrueBeam linear accelerators; Siemens Go-Sim CT Simulator

Potentially open to locum to perm options as well as strictly locum.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active OH License - HIGHLY PREFERRED - will potentially review providers needing to apply for license
• Provide Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days at time of presentation - REQUIRED
