Overview Customer & Member Communications Content Specialist
Location: Ponte Vedra, FL

Salary: $65,000-$78,000
Responsibilities Create clear, high-impact content for customer emails, enablement materials, member-facing campaigns, special programming, educational resources, and customer toolkits.
Build, test, and send customer-facing emails (product updates, announcements, onboarding).
Manage and format communications within ClickDimensions, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and quality.
Support member lifecycle campaigns by providing content for onboarding, feature adoption, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure messaging consistency across B2B and B2C audiences.
Requirements 1-3 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications.
Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and action.
Experience creating email communications, educational or product-related content, and client-facing materials.
Hands-on experience with an email platform (e.g., ClickDimensions, HubSpot, Marketo).
High attention to detail.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate feedback.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health.
Exposure to B2B2C or lifecycle marketing environments.
Familiarity with HIPAA-aware or regulated content.
