Overview Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is searching for a Market Research Analyst.
As a Market Research Analyst, you deliver market, business, and economic insights through structured research and analysis. You turn market research, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and product lifecycle analysis into clear recommendations that support decisions on market share, product offerings, awareness, and financial objectives.
Candidates can be based in Belgium, Poland or Spain
Responsibilities Lead market research and competitive intelligence by monitoring market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor actions, and by collecting, structuring, and synthesizing external market and industry data.
Generate actionable insights by translating data and analysis into clear implications and recommendations that support commercial prioritization, segmentation, and decision-making.
Maintain and continuously update market, competitor, and segment dashboards, trackers, and recurring market intelligence outputs (e.g., market pulses, competitor updates, ad-hoc analyses).
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, acting as a trusted Market Intelligence resource for commercial stakeholders.
Support product and business development initiatives—including ideation and new business pipeline creation—through robust market validation and product lifecycle analysis.
Apply advanced analytical, visualization, and presentation tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve the speed, quality, and impact of market intelligence outputs, while managing projects and timelines effectively.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience
3–5 years’ experience in market intelligence or business intelligence
Experience in the Animal feed industry is an advantage
Strong analytical skills; able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Proficient with MS Office and comfort with analytical/visualization tools; POWER BI is a plus
Good presentation and communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
Strong organization and project management; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborative, professional, and discreet; able to protect sensitive information (international market experience is a plus)
