Overview
This Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role provides administrative support to financial advisors, helping clients achieve long‑term financial goals. BOAs are valued members of the client support team and contribute to over 9 million clients.
Role Summary
As a BOA, you'll support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience, growing your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via calls, email, and in‑person interactions
Assist in annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year
Identify potential needs for additional services by listening to clients’ situations
Plan and execute marketing activities such as events
Provide administrative and operational support: scheduling, preparing client‑meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Learn and manage account transactions, including account openings and transfers, and maintain accurate client records.
Support technology initiatives: MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Requirements
Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
Learn the financial services industry, process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor, handling administrative tasks, scheduling, preparing materials, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
