A high-profile financial services firm is seeking a Document Production Specialist to support the preparation of client-facing materials. This role focuses on high-quality printing, binding, and assembly of presentations and reports in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Print, collate, bind, and assemble presentation materials (pitch books, reports, client deliverables)
Ensure all documents meet strict quality standards for formatting, alignment, and overall presentation
Operate and maintain print and finishing equipment (high-volume printers, cutters, binders, laminators)
Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to distribution
Manage multiple production requests simultaneously, often with tight turnaround times
Partner with internal teams to execute on time-sensitive deliverables
Maintain inventory of paper, binding supplies, and related materials
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and elevate when needed
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in document production, print services, reprographics, or bindery work
Experience in a corporate, financial services, or legal environment preferred
Experience supporting pitch books or client presentation materials strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with print/finishing equipment and production workflows
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, PDF handling)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Hourly rate: $23–25/hour
Overtime may be required based on workload
