ServiceTitan is a technology company that powers the trades. We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Corporate IT Infrastructure team. This hands‑on, high‑ownership role is responsible for designing, deploying, and operating our Azure cloud environment, on‑premises server infrastructure, and enterprise automation capabilities. You will help define how we build and scale our infrastructure as the company grows.

What You’ll Do
Own Azure Cloud Infrastructure

Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, and identity services

Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and/or Bicep for repeatable, version‑controlled, auditable deployments

Drive cloud cost optimization, security posture, and reliability across our Azure environment

Work with Azure Microsoft Foundry and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to support AI‑powered internal tooling

Manage On‑Premises & Hybrid Infrastructure

Administer Windows Server and Linux environments across on‑prem and hybrid deployments

Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and directory integrations including Okta sync health

Maintain and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter)

Own server lifecycle: provisioning, patching, decommissioning, and capacity planning

Build Automation & Drive Engineering Efficiency

Develop PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripts to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks

Apply AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate scripting, operational efficiency, and documentation

Identify opportunities to reduce manual toil through proactive tooling and workflow improvements

Maintain ticket discipline and workload visibility for all infrastructure activities

Partner Across the Business

Collaborate closely with Help Desk, Security, and Identity teams to reduce friction and improve shared workflows

Produce and maintain accurate, comprehensive runbooks and system documentation

Proactively surface infrastructure risks and improvement opportunities to leadership

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of hands‑on experience in a Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer role

Deep Azure infrastructure expertise — compute, networking, identity, storage, and hybrid connectivity

Proficiency with Terraform and/or Bicep

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash or Python

Solid experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory in enterprise environments

Linux server administration in production environments

VMware virtualization experience (ESXi, vCenter)

Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta and Azure AD / Entra ID

Hands‑on experience applying AI and automation tools to infrastructure operations

Strong communication skills and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Microsoft Foundry and/or Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations

Azure certifications: AZ‑104, AZ‑305, or equivalent

Demonstrated ability to move from reactive support to proactive infrastructure ownership

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $86,600 USD – $115,800 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
