Associate Attorney – Foreclosure
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our firm and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure-related pleadings.
Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures.
Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Juris Doctorate.
Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all clients via client systems, e-mail, and phone.
Provides exceptional client service.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance.
Analytical and detail-oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Hybrid, but in-office (NJ – Mount Laurel) for training.
Compensation
$90k-100k per year - The compensation amount is not guaranteed. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate.

The insurance portion includes medical, dental, voluntary life, voluntary vision, and critical illness, all at competitive rates. The Firm also provides a basic life insurance policy in the amount of one time your annual salary (with a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $200,000.00) at no cost.
Full-time employees receive paid holidays and accrue paid time off equal to 2 weeks during a full calendar year. This increases after 2 years, and again after 5 years of employment. After 6 months of employment, employees over the age of 21 become eligible to enroll in our 401k plan.
