Position Overview
This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered. We are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise desktop and virtual workspace environments. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, secure, and high-performing end-user experience across physical and virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain EUC environments, including VDI and physical endpoints
Administer and optimize virtual desktop platforms (Citrix and/or Horizon)
Manage desktop images, application packaging, and software distribution
Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot end-user issues
Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance standards
Support identity and access integrations (Active Directory / Entra ID)
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams
Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Provide Tier 3 support and escalation for complex EUC issues
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
Required Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in End User Computing, VDI, or desktop engineering
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Omnissa Horizon – MUST HAVE
Hands‑on experience with:
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Omnissa Horizon
Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM/MECM)
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, load balancing)
