VDI Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Provide support for VDI environments in classified and segmented network environments
Deploy, configure, and maintain Wyse/Dell thin client devices
Support Dell Hybrid Client and ThinOS environments
Manage endpoints using Wyse Management Suite (WMS)
Perform thin client imaging, patching, and lifecycle management
Troubleshoot connectivity issues between thin clients and management systems
Support operations within air-gapped or disconnected network environments
Assist with endpoint deployment and user support across multiple locations
Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
Required Qualifications
Experience with Wyse thin clients and Dell thin client platforms
Strong experience supporting VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environments
Experience working in segmented, air-gapped, or disconnected networks
Hands-on experience with Wyse Management Suite (WMS)
Knowledge of Dell ThinOS or similar thin client operating systems
Experience with thin client imaging and patch management
Ability to troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
Working knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu environments
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with secure government or intelligence environments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work across multiple sites and adapt to changing requirements
