Essential Job Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Keep the laundry area and machines clean, sanitized, and well‑organized at all times
Support customers in navigating the laundry app and starting machines with updated technology
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self‑starter, proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives with minimal supervision
Operate commercial laundry equipment including washers and dryers
Handle wash, dry, and fold orders according to customer preferences and internal standards
Monitor inventory of detergents, softeners, and other supplies; notify management when stock is low
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and service logs
Assist with quality control by checking garments for damage, stains, or missing items
Follow company safety procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times
Support the store team with other duties as needed, including bathroom cleaning or restocking
Demonstrate a sense of urgency (move fast)
Dependable & punctual – consistently reports to work on time and provides proper notice if necessary
Able to stay busy between customers
Multi‑Task: able to successfully complete multiple tasks independently
Thank customers for their business and invite them back
RTO Training Required
Working Environment and Physical Requirements
Previous laundry or customer service experience a plus
Must be in physically good shape and able to stand during entire work shift
Must be able to lift 25‑45 lbs
Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products
Must be able to react to a fire by lifting and using a 30lb fire extinguisher
Must be able to do basic math at the eighth‑grade level
Must be able to speak, read and write English and communicate with customers in English
At‑Will Employment: This position is at‑will, which means that either the employee or the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause.
