Position Summary
A Valet Attendant delivers exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles, creating a welcoming professional atmosphere while following all safety and operational procedures.

Primary Objective
Provide courteous, efficient, and safe valet services; greet guests, assist with vehicle drop‑off and retrieval, manage traffic flow, and address guest inquiries. Follow company policies, operate vehicles with care, and contribute to seamless guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Vehicle Inspections – Conduct damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.

Safety – Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles; adhere to key handling and safety protocols.

Compliance – Maintain attendance, time‐keeping policies, clock in/out, and accurate tip reporting.

Housekeeping – Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable.

Customer Service and Teamwork – Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and support team members.

Attendance and Professionalism – Maintain regular attendance, adherence to policies, arrive on time in full uniform and groomed before clock in.

Additional Responsibilities – Perform other tasks as needed, attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.

Competency / Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Customer‑service experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Maintain an acceptable driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years) and pass a clean background check.

Hospitality, Customer Service and Communication
Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance to create a welcoming experience aligned with company standards.

Organizational Support and Adaptability
Follow company policies, adapt to changing work environments, manage competing demands effectively, and handle unexpected situations with flexibility.

Dependability and Safety
Demonstrate dependability by following instructions, maintaining schedules, ensuring timely task completion, and adhering to safety procedures. Report unsafe conditions and properly use and maintain equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. Work in indoor and outdoor environments, exposure to weather, noise, and moving vehicles. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Cell Phone Use
May be required to use personal cell phones for work‑related communication. Reimbursement follows company policy.
