Our client, a leading organization in medical device support and repair, is seeking a Repair Technician II to join their team. As a Repair Technician II, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting the repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting of infusion pumps. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform activities related to repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of medical infusion devices.
Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root causes.
Document repair activities, complaint investigations, and device history accurately in tracking systems.
Assist with investigations, out-of-box failure analysis, and yield improvement activities.
Support training of new team members on key service processes and procedures.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED; technical degree or experience preferred.
1-3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related fields.
Proficiency with troubleshooting electronic/mechanical equipment, reading schematics, and using testing tools.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a clean, organized environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
