Job Description:
Candidate will investigate returned complaint devices to determine what went wrong and identify potential root causes.
This role leads investigational efforts at the Arden Hills Post Market Complaint Investigation Site (CIS), focusing on conducting investigations of returned products related to complaints, focusing primarily on Capital Equipment (e.g., computer systems).
Reviews return device data, completes investigation documentation and coding, and ensures conclusions align with testing results.
Collaborates cross-functionally with teams such as Design Quality, R&D, Supplier Management, and Operations to support thorough analysis and risk understanding.
Escalates product issues, drives continuous improvement, and reports findings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct independent failure analyses and document complaint findings.
Utilize BSC testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations.
Identify patterns through data analysis, including manufacturing data review.
Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs.
Collaborate across departments to resolve product issues.
Support lab operations and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma and 2 to 3 years' related experience as worked well in this role
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Solid writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline
Experience in SAP, MES, or TrackWise
A production or manufacturing background has proven to be a strong fit for this role.
